Netcraft measures and makes available the response times of leading Hosting Providers' sites. The performance measurements are made at fifteen minute intervals from separate points around the internet, and averages are calculated over the immediately preceding 24 hour period. Information on the measurement process and current measurements is available.

Note: Outage times display the minimum outage time which may understate each outage by up to 15 minutes, which is the sampling frequency. More information can be found in the FAQ.
